1. Athirah Mortada

Linguistics

Interests:
I like good food, but nothing compares to grandmother's cooking. ;)

Aspiration: 
I believe in Allah and everything happens for a reason. Everything has been destined for all of us but striving and giving the best efforts in everything we do is what will bring us to success. Helps, supports, tazkirah and dua by my family have given me confidence and perseverance to endure life and stay humble. Kindness, ihsan and blessing from the lecturers have given me the strength to never give up in everything I do.

2. Ku 'Aisyahtul Radhiah bt Ku Abdul Razak

Linguistics

Interests:
Bookworm at heart, but I hate bugs actually. :P

Aspiration:
I believe I have made the right decision to choose Linguistics as my specialization. Though, it is technical and complex, it can be fun most of the times to know more about the nature of languages. And I believe, nothing is easy in life. Just give the best efforts in everything you do and keep in mind that when you have Allah, you have everything you need. Keep moving forward and even if you fall, rise up again.


3. Siti Zahidah Sheikh Ahmed Zaki

Linguistics and Literature

Interests:
Reading fictions and playing keyboard ;)

About me:
I might be crazy sometimes but I love making new friends although I'm not sure how to approach people.

Aspiration:
To be honest, linguistics is not my cup of tea. My passions are more towards literature and extreme sports. I plan to attend literature school this coming September. Afterwards I want to join a short course of sky diving. I haven't figured out what I want to be in life. So, my only goal for now is to be good at what I want to do in my life.


4. Sara Shahir

Interests:
Movies, books and occasional trips to the Japanese restaurants! :3

About me:
Even though I'm a clean person, sometimes I enjoy a messy lifestyle!

Aspiration:

My love of English was founded upon my fascination with books, which started in early childhood thanks to my parents. However, it was the Roald Dahl children's books that catalyzed my love of literature. From there, I explored with writing and reading with various genres of stories and I fell in love with it. My passion for reading and writing has directed me toward an English major, which I will be able to call upon when I begin to travel writing for publication,that would be my ultimate literary goal.

Though being an English major with a writing concentration, I really don’t want to teach or be a journalist. It seems that all English majors aspire to one of the two. I love to write creatively so it would be nice if that could take me somewhere. Realistically though I would like to maybe be a copywriter or work in public relations. Everyone needs a good writer.
